"This property is amazing! We had a group of 12 and 9 of them were under the age of 18. They all had an incredible time and never seemed to be bored! The view is so beautiful and the house was very clean! We will definitely be returning!"

The mountain views were stunning and hot tub was awesome, they even had it turned on and ready for us when we got there! I would definitely recommend this property. It was a little more out of town than we originally thought BUT we ended up loving it because it was just so beautiful out there!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Exception MTN Retreat. The house was clean at check in, the kitchen well stocked and having two frigs was a plus to accommodate our family and grandkids. They were always quick to reply with our questions and resolved one issue we had. We also enjoyed the large yard, all the toys for kids, the hot tub and quiet location. We had four cars and there was ample space to park. I would certainly recommend the house and it is one we would come back to in the future. "

Lots of kitchen appliances and plenty of utensils. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens/towels. Centered to skiing amd town."

"The house is spacious and beautiful. It’s also in a great location and is easy to get into town or up to Sunlight Mountain for some skiing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook a meal during your stay. The rooms and bathrooms were excellent as well. I look forward to staying at this property again next year. "
