"The Cooling system in our room did not work. When we arrived the room was at 62 degrees and we could not turn the heat on to bring the room to a normal temperature. We shut the system off and hours later found a big puddle of water leaked on our luggage. The view was beautiful but the room temperature is a critical component to enjoyment of a hotel room."
