"Requested twin room none available so wanted us to buy another. Refused so moved other people out and lost their luggage then called us twice during night as well as coming into our room looking for lost luggage while sleeping. It did improve a little after this but staff not at all responsive."

"Construction till ,11:30 ,pm, dirt & dust everywhere . Didn,,'t touch breakfast as filthy conditions. Front desk unhelpful to get a taxi. The only good thing is that it's next to a great restaurant."

"Check in was difficult, they don’t accept international CC, I had to pay for currency exchange (demanding cash is ridiculous).My mom was coughing and asked for single bottle of water as she was choking for front desk agent replied “there is a charge for that”.
