Cottonwood Studio in Sun Valley
- Our newly-renovated, fresh, and comfortable studio condo in the Cottonwood complex is set in the trees overlooking Trail Creek. Enjoy the solitude before easily accessing all that Sun Valley has to offer, including the use of our Sun Valley Amenities Passes. These amenities include access to Inn & Olympic Pool, the Hotel rate for Sun Valley Golf, 15% discount on SV Tennis and Pickleball court fees, Gun Club package and one hour trail rides at the SV Stable.
The unit itself features a queen-sized bed and additional queen sleeper sofa, private balcony, brand-new kitchen appliances (convection oven/microwave, dishwasher, single pod coffee maker), washer/dryer, WIFI and Smart TV, and convenient ski locker. We have just upgraded to a beautiful gas fireplace to keep you warm in winter months. Comes complete with linens and towels. Studio condo is best equipped for two guests but has a sleeper sofa.
All of the Sun Valley Resort is just steps away: the outdoor Ice Skating Rink, Concert Pavilion, and the shops and restaurants of the Sun Valley Lodge and Village. Amenities include access to the Sun Valley Inn Resort pool year-round and the Olympic Size Seasonal Outdoor pool, discounts at the Sun Valley Stables, tennis court and gun club).
Free bus service around the Sun Valley/Ketchum area is right outside the Cottonwood Condo complex, making it easy to access the slopes, town, and surrounding areas. Parking is also available.
