Centrally located in Hailey, Red Elephant Resort offers spacious and luxurious accommodations for couples, families, or small groups.
Summer Guests will love the five minute walk to the Big Wood River, Tennis/Pickle Ball courts, and Main Street. Some of the best hiking and mountain biking trails to be found are in the immediate proximity, along with golf resorts, spas and fly fishing.
Winter Guests can hit the slopes at Sun Valley Resort, or explore world class cross country ski trails.
Red Elephant Resort is a three story, 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom luxury Vacation Home tailored to your needs.
The Master Suite occupies the entire Third Floor with a large bedroom and king sized bed, fireplace, spa-like bathroom, walk in closet, and a huge south facing sun deck replete with a wet bar.
A Chef's Kitchen, Living Room and Half Bath occupy the Second Floor, along with two more bedrooms, each with its own en-suite full bath.
The First Floor boasts the entry foyer and mud room. The rest of the lower level is kept as an owner's locked off area.
Red Elephant Resort is dedicated for vacation rentals. Everything in it is curated for their use and enjoyment.
We pride ourselves on a "five star" guest experience and try to take care of the details so you don't have to.
We like to let our guest take the lead as to how they would like to interact. We are always there to answer questions, but leave you to the privacy of the home offers otherwise.
We are always open to feedback as to how to improve our guest experience. Wether it's an additional kitchen appliance that may be useful or any other suggestion, no matter how small, please let us know.
Note: Other than the entry foyer/mud room, the entire lower level including the garage is an owner's lock-off suite. The owner's primary residence is on Maui, Hawaii and the owner spends most of their time there but it may or may not be in use during your stay. It is never rented separately however and is only occupied when the owner is there. In any event, there is plenty of off street parking along the circular driveway.
Extra Guest Fee: Our rates are based upon double occupancy. As such, there is a nominal extra guest fee of $25 per person per night.

We had a great ski vacation staying at Red Elephant Resort. Everything exceeded our expectations. The house was practically brand new. We loved the modern style and cozy furnishings. The house was open and bright and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The location was perfect as the ski resort was an easy 15-minute drive and the shops and restaurants of downtown Hailey were less than a mile away. The master suite was incredible with great views from the bed and a nice, attached deck (it was too cold to use but inviting). Although we were only 2 people, the other 2 bedrooms had private baths and were well appointed. We’ll definitely be back! Mark was great to work with and responded quickly when we had questions. We felt that the house was an extremely good value especially compared to Ketchum.
This place exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we checked in - effortless- until we left six weeks later, we enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless, and well equipped. The location is fantastic - very quiet neighborhood with lots of big trees, yet minutes from groceries and coffee shops and restaurants. To say the house is well equipped is an understatement. Setting up the smart tvs was a breeze. The host made himself available if we needed, never did. We were here for six weeks and enjoyed the location and comfort provided.
