This 3-bedroom/2-bath condo boasts 1,200 square feet, sleeps six comfortably, and provides comfortable, clean accommodations with simple furnishings at an exceptional value. The unit is located above the two outdoor community hot tubs and has beautiful mountain views from the balcony. The building is accessed through the garage or a second-floor exterior entry. Interior hallways lead to the main entry of the condo on the third floor (no elevator). The entry area opens up to a sunny kitchen and living area. Adjacent to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area with a large dining table that seats six, plus 3 barstools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a gas fireplace, a 32-inch TV with cable, and a stereo system. From the living area, you have access to the large outdoor deck facing Trail Creek and the two community hot tubs.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a balcony with mountain views, a spacious double closet, a 21-inch TV, and an en-suite bath with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk, another twin bed, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin beds, a balcony, and a walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms share the full-size hall bath. This unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen area in a double-door closet. There is ski storage in the hallway and a one-car garage. This unit does not have A/C.

Complex Features: Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer-time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek, about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away, with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. The Habitat Condominiums are conveniently located, and there is a free shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts. On-site parking is limited to one space.

Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.
