Newly renovated - a fantastic update!

We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door the unit. It has been recently updated with new hardwood floors throughout, new countertops, light fixtures, linens, and a fresh coat of paint. Much nicer than the photos and brighter too. The unit is laid out well, with lots of built-in storage and room for gear. A new property management company took over in 2024, and you can definitely tell. Lovely staff, very helpful and a focus on updating the building.The location is fantastic, right in the village, but quiet in the evenings. We will definitely rent again.

The location of this lodge and the Sun Peaks resort is tough to beat. You are right in the middle of everything here. Things close early especially if arriving on a Thursday though. Parking is the main issue here. There is parking but since the properties are controlled, they will charge you way more than needed for expensive hotel rooms. This property also feels a little older even though it isn’t. I think they just design it as country-kitch so people pay more for the Grand. Hearthstone is a great second option.
