"We stayed at the Sun City Casino Hotel in late August (still winter in South Africa) On 2 days we had temperature in the 30 degrees, 2 days had temperatures in the mid 20s and one where the temperature was high teens. You were allowed to use the pools at the adjacent hotels as well as the waterpark but not the Palace hotel. All the pools were not heated * including the Lazy river at the Valley of the waves so make sure you go there on a hot day. *Apart from a tiny part of the pool in Cascades...

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the breakfast was great! But,we ended up needing to stay in a different building, as their main building was booked full. This building had a very loud echo and you could hear every door that closed and every conversation. They really should add some rugs and curtains to soften the acoustics. It did not help that we had a very loud group there who were there to party at Sun City. But we also heard the staff a lot, and they were not particularly...

"Wish u could have full length mirror in the family room we occupied, a small cabinet in the bathroom will also be ideal. A small dustin in the bathroom also neede. Inasmuch as its a family room, a little demarcation of the 'rooms' will do. 1 bathroom for 4 people isnt ayoba. There was no toilet paper the following cos were supplied with only 1 roll. The aircon is very weak. A few wine glasses will also assist. Breakfast: ready made eggs turn green after a while, besides why prepare them...

"When one offs The main road.. the area is questionable with some construction and GPS was showing wrong location.. When we arrived at GPS MAPS location, there was a dead end and no Bnb. Asked around some people explained. I called and there was no answer. Then I reset on my Maps GPS and found the place!!! I did sweat for about 10 mins!! Nice cozy place. Good breakfast. "

"I found a place that the air cnditioning was very important. They confirned that there was air conditioning in the room. When we got there he said 'sorry aircon not working but we giving you a fan' A loud noisy fan which did nothing except move hot air from side to side. We did not sleep the entire night. Without aircon the mosquitos had a field day on us. Very disappointed and will not use again. "
