We drove up and the office was dark and locked with a sign on the door for emergencies…called the number and the person informed me he had just had major surgery and would not be coming back because he checked before he left and didn’t have any arrivals, even though I was looking at my reservation on the Expedia app. Terrible experience, we had to scramble to find other accommodations.

Good place to stay
Clean and was pretty quiet unlike the last hotel I stayed at. Fully equipped with stove and large fridge. Perfect for a few nights stay. Manager and staff were nice too.

Enjoyed my stay, property manager Greg was terrific and so was his staff. Both very friendly and helpful. Did not have a hair dryer originally available in the room, but was able to request one. Since I was responsible for washing my dishes would have been nice to have had a sponge available to use.

I've stayed in 4 hotels in the Sumter area. This is by far my favorite. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, friendly staff and quiet. I'll be back, for sure!

Loved the kitchenette and the homelike set up. The area was nice and quiet, also close to everything. The manager Sam has great hospitality. I was so very happy and pleased with the suite. Definitely will be my home away from home when I'm in the are again.

Great stay except for the uncomfortable bed
Awesome experience checking in. We were actually met in the parking lot by the manager who helped with our luggage and took us to our to room. Made sure we were comfortable. Very impressive! Quiet and well appointed suite. ONLY negative is the Very uncomfortable BED! Probably would not stay here again since sleeping in a hard bed is not our thing.

There is not enough positive things I can say about the Manager, Greg. I was driving from RI and allowed myself plenty of time to get there, however traffic had other ideas. The office closes at 7PM and I knew I wasn't going to make it. At ten minutes before closing I called Greg and explained that I would arrived at exactly 7:08 and could he wait. He was more than gracious enough to do so. When I arrived he walked me to my room and held the parking spot right in front of room. He offered to help me in with my luggage. He was kind, personable and so much more. Everything about it was clean and well maintained. Thank you Greg

Friendly/quiet stay
The staff was real accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was convenient to all local stores and eateries. At night the property was well lit and very quite and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Hidden Gem
This was a hidden gem. The price was very affordable with really nice room. The room was a studio apartment with full kitchen, sitting area,good sized bathroom, and separate bedroom area. Everything was clean with no odors. The other renters were very quiet. Manager Greg was very helpful. Enjoyed my stay and will return again when in the area.

The property has true suites with a kitchen equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker. A living room with a sleeper sofa & television, & a separate bedroom. The hotel is very convenient to the mall, Wal-Mart, & several eateries but it's on a quiet street right off of Broad Street so it's very easy to get in & out of. The staff is very friendly & helpful & made sure that we were satisfied with our accommodations. The only negatives were the water pressure in the shower,(low) the towels & wash cloths are pretty thin, & the pillows are small & not very supportive. Those are all minor inconveniences & did not really negatively affect our stay. I will be staying there again whenever I visit Sumter which will probably be 5-6 times per year & I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I would highly recommend these suites for anyone who is moving to the area and needs temporary accommodation while they look for something more permanent. They are clean, fairly spacious, and all the appliances, at least the ones in our suite, look very new and in good condition.

Came to Sumpter for a tennis tournament my daughter was playing in. My husband was scheduled to come but had to work but my name was not on the reservation but the Manager, Greg Knox, could not have been nicer. He let us pick from 2 of the remaining rooms. We will definitely stay here again when we return again. Also, great room layout. Spacious and nice the way the bed is in a separate room from the living area. Thank again for a great stay!!!

Hidden Gem
Small town wonderful! You would have never known this place existed on the side street. It was clean and spacious. The staff was full of warmth and hospitality. It was very nice to find a place I can’t wait to come back to! The only downside was that I love a soft bed and pillows. And I only had 2 pillows and the mattress was kinda hard for my liking. Otherwise I was crazy impressed from start to finish!
