"Enjoyed the room, the staff was very polite and engaging. Dinner was excellent, and our time in the bar was entertaining. There were some shortfalls due to staff being newer, but they were happy to accommodate and make our stay as pleasant as possible.
The room was amazing with great water pressure and a huge space! The tour was interesting and gave some good background on the history of the hotel. Very worthwhile!"
"The rooms were small, but very nicely remodeled for a motel of its vintage. Well thought out and well designed. Comfortable bed, but pillows way too plump for a human being. Breakfast was mixed. One one hand good eggs and rosemary potatoes. On the other hand only highly sugared oatmeal and no citrus fruit - my 2 evaluation standards. Great place for a single night stopover!"
"A beautiful home with lovely furnishings and high-end features. We had a little trouble getting in at the start, but Blake answered our call immediately and resolved it. We enjoyed the open floor plan, huge kitchen, and beautiful backyard views. The hot tub is small but that's as advertised (2 person). This is probably the nicest neighborhood in Baker City, up the hill from the main part of town but still close by. Overall, we highly recommend Bella Vita! "
"The host was amazing and quickly answered any questions we had. Our large family stayed in this home over the Christmas holidays. The house was very spacious, with a stocked kitchen (including everything you would need to cook). Having 4 bathrooms was very helpful for our large family. We would highly recommend this home to anyone!"

"Exactly as listed! Very clean, the fresh bread was a wonderful touch! We had our van packed with things for our daughter's wedding and this location felt safe and secure, unlike most hotels. Our only complaint is the bed. It was terrible. I sank into it and couldn’t move, it looks like there is a topper (or two) on top of the mattress. My wife and I both felt like we were sleeping on our heads, in the morning I noticed the foot of the mattress is a couple of inches higher than the head. Thankfully there is a large chair and ottoman in the room, I got up after a couple of hours and slept in that. I had an issue with the VRBO app - it crashed repeatedly during the booking process and did not complete the reservation (or apply the 60 credit I had), it did however double book me for this property, when I tried to contact VRBO the ‘virtual assistant’ insisted I had no reservations and put me on eternal hold waiting for a human (never got through). I contacted the host and Jason got back to me immediately and corrected the double booking problem. VRBO - 0 Stars, Host - 5 Stars. I would stay here again providing the mattress situation gets corrected and I would book directly. "
