"Overall, the hotel was quite good and very clean. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and we had to turn it off completely in order to fall asleep. We stayed one night each in Kamloops and Kelowna, and in comparison, the overall service in Kelowna was much better. I remember the front desk staff who checked us in at the Kelowna location was named Jane. She was exceptionally attentive and warm, and she explained everything to us in great detail. She even prepared coffee for our room and asked specifically whether we preferred milk or cream, which truly touched both my husband and me. The lady who assisted us during checkout the next day was also very friendly. Since we like the little duck toys, she kindly gifted us additional ones in different characters. I would give full marks to the service in Kelowna. Kamloops would be rated 4 out of 5, as there was no introduction or explanation provided there."

"No breakfast included but the night we stayed the fire alarms went off due to tech issues, not once but 3x. That was a real treat. lol So in the am the hotel staff had left a nice note under our door apologizing and sharing that they had complimentary coffee and pastries in the lobby for us and they waived our parking fee. So that was a nice way to say sorry for the not so great sleep. We only live an hour away from this hotel, but stayed so we could enjoy a night out. We were able to walk downtown in about 10 ish minutes and walk back. So a nice central location. Next time, this time of year, I will bring my skates to enjoy the outdoor rink just down the street from the hotel. Overall the staff, room, pool, hottubs, cleanliness, location was super!! I highly recommend this hotel. "
