"La chambre était propre mais le tapis non. Il y avait une odeur d’humidité et de chien. La toilette n’était pas bien lavée à notre arrivée. Les lits étaient confortables. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans Kelowna. Les déjeuners sont pris au restaurant d’en face (à même le stationnement) et ils sont délicieux!"

"Stayed there at the end of July. Had a pleasant stay with our family for the most part. I would say though that half the time the kids pool amenities weren’t working, took quite some effort on our end to get anyone to come and take a look at it to fix. Also getting drinks at the pool took 45 minutes at one point. The front desk wasn’t super helpful with room requests (more pillows, towels) either. Other than that our stay went well."

"Great location! We stayed over a long weekend with our little dog for 2 nights. From check-in to check-out, we had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. This hotel is on the older side but the property and it's ammenities are well taken care of. Staff throughout the property were very friendly. The location is within walking distance to many of the city's attractions like the beach, retaurants and shops. Highly reccommend. "

Hotel Eldorado at Eldorado Resort

"Great location, especially if you have a lake-view room. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing due to ongoing construction, frequent amenity closures because of private events, and parking that was an absolute nightmare. The elevators were often out of service, making it difficult to carry luggage and manage two kids from the fourth floor. We were also told there would be a discount for the hotel’s pizza night but were charged full price, and nothing was done after we raised the issue. The main pool wasn’t heated either. The hotel did provide complimentary breakfast and waived the amenity fees, which was appreciated, but overall the experience didn’t match our expectations."
