About this property

Country house heated pool 15 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan

  • Our house in local stone is situated in the countryside, in a peaceful hamlet, 15 minutes from Vannes, Morbihan Gulf and the beaches of the Rhuys peninsula. Enjoy the heated pool and the park of 4800 m2. 200m you can take the road to St Jacques de Compostela for pleasant walks.
    The pool is private and heated (29 °) from mid-May to late September and you have the exclusivity.
    We live on site and will not fail to inform you about the sights and landmark on our pretty department.
    On the ground floor there is a kitchen in the large and small white goods (induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster ... , Lounge / dining room with wood stove and toilet.
    Upstairs 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, the 2nd with 2 single beds; a shower room with toilet; closet.
    On the terrace you will have the garden furniture and barbecue.
