From smooth lining the experience for checking in to getting around the city the stay felt very personal and welcoming aside from only being aesthetically pleasing. There was plenty of room to stretch out, the directions to the location were easy to follow, and the pictures for the property were as posted. Our only regret was not staying another day. To make up for it, we just boasted about the stay to all our friends to at least consider...

"The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and a dryer. There is a black university campus nearby, and it is a bit far away from the main tourist attractions."

"We wanted a place that was a reasonable drive to DC and to Mount Vernon and this was just the ticket. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood and a short walk to pretty much anything you need or want during a vacation. I would and will be staying here again when I come down again."

"I was really excited to stay at this property. It looks so nice! However the beautiful new building is situated in a very rough area of DC. We arrived in the late afternoon and a party was just getting started next door. Medium sized crowd, loud music with strong bass line. I ordered some DoorDash and the driver got out, looked at me, looked around, and asked "Are you okay?" But I was still hopeful that everything would be fine. It wasn't. The party went until nearly 4am with escalating yelling...

"It was a safe location close to the subway and easy access to the national Mall and zoo. Parking is difficult and you don’t have a space with the rental so you just drive around until you find street parking and then walk to however far to the rental. You have to get a street parking pass (which we didn’t know) and didn’t have for the first few days (thankfully we didn’t get towed or fined). D stay here again for sure. It was clean and nicely appointed."
