I arrived sick as a dog and my poor husband was trying to sort out a communication problem with our hire care company. We would have been lost without the wonderful Chenteen, front desk manager. She allowed me to have an early check in and late check out when she saw how ill I was and she was of so much help sorting out my husband's problems related to collection of our hire car at the end of our 6 weeks in Africa. My wife and I spent 9 nights at the guest house in the honeymoon suite and would highly recommend it. The room was very comfortable and private. The staff were excellent and very attentive. We were treated very well by Venoth on our arrival, which was late afternoon on a public holiday. As it was our 50th wedding anniversary he surprised us with a bottle of bubbly. Such a nice surprise! Should we need to return to Alberton again from Australia, we will definitely stay there again. Great...
