A beautiful garden oasis, 2 minutes until your feet are in the sands of Tallow beach. Compact studio 15sqm inside and 6sqm deck outside includes all essentials. Relax after a day exploring this beautiful area in the lush garden, which has an outdoor shower BabyWeber BBQ and outdoor table and chairs . Queen sized bed with air conditioning, ceiling fan, modern bathroom, and small kitchenette. It's perfectly suited for a couple or solo traveller with or without a furry companion. The studio is a private annexe off of the main house. It includes a queen sized bed with an equipped kitchenette, sofa, and wall mount smart television. The studio has air conditioning, a ceiling fan & and a sliding door with a fly screen that opens to the gardens. The garden is 20sqm, 12sqm deck and includes an outdoor table and chairs and Webber BBQ. The garden is fully fenced and suitable for small/ medium-sized dogs. There is a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower & a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, kettle toaster, and portable induction hob. All plates, cutlery, pan/pots, etc, provided. There is a separate enclosed shared laundry space between two studios with a washer dryer and a large drying space. The studio is private and has a separate entrance. High-speed WIFI. Private lane way access with key-safe for self check in. Parking can be found on Clifford or Hayter Street. All of Suffolk Park offers free parking. Your host is available by mobile phone. Suffolk Park is nestled right next to the spectacular 6.5km long Tallows beach. 'Suffolk' has ample amenities within a short walk for your convenience. There is a popular bakery which also serves local coffee and a variety of breads and fresh foods. The 'suffo' pub has a large menu selection, including healthy choices & a bottle shop. There are three small restaurants for dining in/takeaway including an Italian, Indian & Mexican. A small 'Spar' supermarket and post office are all within the same area. Byron Bay is 5km/8 mins by car. There is also a new, flat bike track taking you all the way from Suffolk to Byron, just 25mins of pedal power. - Byron Bay is 5km by car - an 8 minute drive - Blanch's Bus Service operate a number of business to/from Byron Bay each day. - There is also a new, flat bike track taking you all the way from Suffolk to Byron, just 25mins of pedal power. The property is dog friendly, however, please be mindful as any damage or additional cleaning caused by your pet will be charged through the AirBnB platform after your stay. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. Was able to take the dog which we were very happy about.
Great accommodation - very clean, modern and comfortable. Brilliant location -perfect for my dog and I, being a short walk to the beautiful dog-friendly beach.
Natasha was very helpful and her instructions for check-in were excellent.
The studio was nice and quiet and secluded.
Would have been lovely to use the beautiful outside area, but sadly was raining too much.
Very convenient to the shops and beach where we walked our dog.
My partner and I stayed here 2 years ago, we enjoyed it so much that I booked again for my parents who are visiting from the UK. They had an amazing time, comfortable beds, clean, spacious, fantastic location. Natasha is a great host, her communication is clear and prompt and she made my parents feel very welcome. We will continue to recommend to our friends and family and can’t wait to book another visit in for ourselves!
The host was very welcoming and the amenities were in good condition. However the noise from adjoining studio and house was not good. We could hear voices the whole time..dog howling and barking when we assume was left on its own. Plumbing..terribly loud and when in the shower at the same time as someone in the house or adjoining studio …lack of water and no hot water. We could hear footsteps we assume going up and downstairs, knocking on the walls and very loud conversations.Parking in the street and trying to get to close vicinity to the studio was often an issue. Otherwise our dog loved the beach and we liked walking distance to the shops.
My husband and I along with our dog spent 4 nights at this perfectly located little hideaway.
Studio was clean and beautifully presented.
Just a few minutes walk to a lovely dog friendly beach and a great set of shops including little supermarket, restaurants and fabulous bakery at the end of the road.
Communication in regards to check in and out was excellent.
Would highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back again.

As the studio is attached to rear of house with unsoundproofed wall any noise from inside property is very audible from the air b&b accommodation.
We experienced this on our last night out of 5 nights, when we heard a social function going on till late in the evening, otherwise very comfortable accommodation.
Clean, comfortable and self contained. Most importantly for us our dog was made welcome!
Great location close to dog friendly beach and local shops.
Easy drive to Byron.
Would recommend.

Nice and small and neat, was just what we were after. Kind of halfway between the beach and bakery but happily missing the hustle and bustle of Byron.
The unit is walking distance to Suffolk Park shops and Tallows Beach. A great dog friendly beach. The unit is ideal for a couple or single wanting a great break. The location is ideal for exploring the region, with its great bike trails and coastal walks plus the markets in surrounding towns. Highly recommend this unit, clean nicely appointed with everything you need.

Because the room was quite small a lot of space was wasted on a pointless small room leading to the toilet and a "private door". The door to this room opened outwards which took up wall space which could have been used for a small table and chairs, currently there is no space to eat inside. The workspace in the kitchen is inadequate and the afore mentioned table could have been utilised for the preparation of food
This is my second time staying here and will be back! Perfect location to dog beaches (my two dogs came too), the little courtyard is the perfect size and handy take-outs down the road. Natasha is always lovely to deal with too!
