"We appreciated the excellent service provided by the morning shift security guard, who was attentive, proactive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The hotel’s location, set slightly deeper within the street, offers a quieter and more relaxed environment. One area for improvement would be the power reliability, as we experienced two separate brownouts during our visit."
