"The room was adequate with a nice view and decent bedding. The shower lacked hot water and water pressure was low. There was a constant hum from some sort of electricity that I could not identify or shut off which made falling asleep difficult. The staff were a little pushy and reminded me multiple times, including a phone call at 11:30a that the checkout time was noon. "

"The room floors (carpet and tiles) were dirty. You can tell it hasn’t been mopped or vacuumed consistently. There was sewer smell inside the bathroom. Even when the air conditioning was turned on, you’ll be welcomed by entering the room with a musty smell, not sure if it was from the vent. Upon check out, I was told that there was a missing face towel and would be charged for it. I asked them to recheck because I am not interested in keeping any of their old, used, and smelly towels. The person checking said everything was accounted for. The hotel needs maintenance."

"The room we had was excellent. The only thing is the presence of monkeys was not disclosed on the booking site and i am scared of animals. So all the time i was thinking of themonkeys would come out in our Casitas veranda or on our way in and out. Otherwise our stay was very good and food are tasty."

"We had a wonderful time overall and truly enjoyed the property’s beautiful location and charming atmosphere. It’s an ideal setting for a romantic getaway — peaceful, intimate, and full of character. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help, which really enhanced our experience. That said, there were a few issues that detracted slightly from our stay. The room unfortunately had little to no hot water, and the water pressure was quite low, which made showering less enjoyable. Additionally, the jacuzzi tub was not operable as advertised, which was disappointing since it was one of the features we were most looking forward to using. The dining area, while still warm and inviting, felt a bit dated and weathered. With some updates and a general refresh, the space — and the property overall — could truly match the incredible potential it already has. Despite these drawbacks, it’s still a lovely place to stay with a lot of charm. "Very disappointed, the customer service is not good, My room keep getting key keeps getting deactivated. I got locked up in the bathroom and AC was leaking and lastly the first room I got smelled really bad."
