"It’s was a great location. The room had a frig, microwave, coffee maker, dishes, silverware and dish towels. They provided coffee. They were not stingy with towels and provided shampoo. The bed was very comfortable and it was a quiet and relaxing stay. We’d definitely stay here again. "

"My girl friend and I wanted a get away weekend for Valentines day. After we checked in we were informed that the pool was closed for unknown reasons and we could drive three miles to another hotel to use their pool. We were also told that the water was being shut off at 9:00 am on our last day. Add in the constant dog barking down the hall and my perfect weekend wasn't so perfect."

"We stayed in February 2026 for the first time and were thrilled with the view of Lake Michigan. The interior of the property was quite large...plenty of room for three couples. The rooms had their own thermostat which meant we could control our individual sleeping temperature needs. Great place to bring our 3 year old lab...great walking areas and views. Plan to come again!"

"We stayed here for a weekend in February to do ice fishing. We weren’t at the house much, but it served our needs and was very comfortable. The electric wall heaters are a nice bonus to get some instant heat. Very hard water, which we aren’t used to so that was our only possible gripe. (Perhaps a water softener would be nice.) Scott was very friendly and responsive! Overall, would recommend! "
