"I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on Expedia for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. The staff was extremely friendly too I was never expecting that."

"Willful in general. Friendly stuff, good breakfast, relatively close to the train station. Comfortable bed, big restroom with a bath."

"We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy."

"As noted in previous reviews - the wifi was non-existent in my room and only worked in the dining room and reception. I am nonetheless rating this venue as excellent because the staff went out of their way to make me feel absolutely welcome. "
