"The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable. There is no A/C, but in October it wasn’t bad. There was a fan, and they had an exhaust unit running to vent the air. Our room was a canal view. Hotel is very convenient to restaurants, the tram, Dam Square, the Jordaan, Anne Frank House, and is an 8 minute walk from the Centraal train station. We did not eat breakfast there. They did give us a small gift of ceramic wooden shoes, which was very nice."

"This rental property is wonderful - bright, spacious and very clean! It is located right in the centre of Bacharach. However, the area is quiet and very safe. The bed is comfortable and the shower has very good water pressure. The kitchen is large and has lots of room at the table for several people. The living room has 2 sofas and an easy chair, so it can easily sit a large group staying overnight. I was happy with it!There are many hiking trails in the area, as well as sveral retail wine stores just a few doors down."

"Excellent property, we enjoyed the location and view very much. Plenty of space and the furnishings all felt new which made the stay comfortable. Yvonne and Christian are very hospitable and even provided a welcome bottle of wine and coffee pods which we appreciated.Just a couple of notes for future stays. There was no soap for the shower so you will need to bring your own (or borrow the hand soap). Nearby dining is about 10 minutes away and there are limited delivery options (Lieferando had a couple). Lack of AC wasn’t a large issue but on warmer days the bedrooms could get a little stuffy. There are two electric fans provided which helped.Overall we were very happy with the stay and had no reserves with giving a 5 star rating."
