"We stayed in a cabin at the Presidential. It was spacious, clean, well stocked . The beds were comfortable. There is a lake, playgrounds and even sheep and goats. The staff was more than courteous. They even built a campfire so we could meet our fellow cabin dwellers. The location is excellent for Franconia Notch and the White Mountain adventures. "

"Everyone in our group had an absolute blast staying on this property and hope to stay again, no one wanted to leave! The house is original condition and very beautifully maintained. There was pretty much everything you could need there for use. Having a convenience store, restaurant and ice cream shop right down the street was convenient and we made many trips. The check out requirements were minimal which was refreshing, some places leave you a whole chore list. The only reason I could think of to not stay at this rental would be if you can’t respect other people’s property because this home deserves care and appreciation. "
