Our bedroom was right above the rec room that had a pool table, and unfortunately one family started playing pool from 9pm till long after 10pm, which was very disturbing. Otherwise it was clean, safe and friendly

This is my favorite place to stay when visiting family in the area. The prices are reasonable and the owners are friendly. I stay here often and it's a quiet place and very safe and has beautiful scenery.

The room was adequate, nothing special. It was clean but was well used. Furniture and walls were banged up. Bed was comfortable. Had to call them to check in, even though i had given a specific time as requested. Wifi didnt work in room. No cell phone service.

Cute little stay. Very friendly staff. Rooms are dated but clean and very much served the purpose of sleeping and showering after intense hiking. Did not get to experience the breakfast because we were out on the trails before service. Rooms had mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Will certainly stay again because of location to popular hikes in Franconia!

Decent, classic roadside motel.

Stonybrook is a classic roadside motel. I'm not sure how long it's been around, but it's in decent shape. Sure, it could use some paint and a refresh on furnishings, but I found it clean and comfortable enough in a quiet and attractive setting. The only disappointment was the breakfast, which was pretty lame. The coffee was terrible. Still, I'd return.
