As You Like it
A great cottage ;near all the attractions but far enough away to be quiet. We loved it and have already booked for next year which speaks for itself. The quiet garden is great in warm weather. Thanks to the owner for making this property available.

Perfect location
The space was wonderful for my husband and I and our college daughter. The kitchen was small but we only ate breakfast in and it had all the essentials. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, making it feel a little more spacious. We really wish we’d stayed another night!

Perfectly situated little gem
This delightful property, is perfectly situated, in a quiet cul de sac. A 10-15 minute walk takes you to the centre of Stratford. The property itself, is clean, very comfortable. The owners have supplied all the basics you might need. Good sized, soft towels, and spotless bedding. It also has the benefit of two parking spaces. Communication with the owner is excellent. I stayed with a friend 29th May - 2nd June. Both of us will highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

Lovely little property, garden a nice secluded area, ideal for a couple of nights and close to centre. Really needs a step outside back door to garden as very high and toilet was a little hard to flush but all in all would stay again

Short getaway
The house is a short stay from the centre of town in a residential street set away from the road. There are two car spaces. The house is basic but good value for money. The living room was tidy and had a television and dining table. The bathroom was clean and had a powerful shower. The kitchen had all the facilities required but was dated and the inside of the cupboards could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I’m not sure anyone had checked to see if the crockery or pans had been used before being put away as the occupants before us had mixed an egg in a dish and then put it back in the cupboard without washing it. I think a more thorough check would help as not all guests clean up after themselves. However, this was our only quibble. If you want a place to crash for a short break while you’re out for most of the day this is more than adequate. It is worth noting that there is building work going on behind the house.

Weekend break
Very peaceful end of town to stay. Homely, comfortable and warm little house. So well equipped, could easily stay for a week or more. Easy walking distance for all that we wanted to do. Look forward to returning.

The property was clean and tidy, I would rate it 8/10 - the bathroom is a bit dated and damp. The location is excellent though for staying in SoA and the facilities were good in the house. The checkin was very easy , but the bin instructions were a bit confusing. Could do with some complimentary tea etc. sachets. Overall very good stay though.Thank you.

The house was clean, comfortable and convenient. It was in a quiet part of the Old Town but very near Stratford's attractions such as theatre and restaurants. We hope to return to Stratford and would certainly like to stay here again.

Would use the property again without doubt.
Had all the amenities and facilities we required. We were there 6 nights. 3 over sixties. Parking outside the front door, walk to the town centre via the river (either bank). After 6 many free parking areas within the town - Ideal for the evening meal or take out pickup. Patio doors were great for hot damp weather and access to garden if sunny. Great location. Stratford is beautiful and you are in the heart of it 😎

Highly recommended accommodation
Best private accommodation we have stayed in ever. Clean, enough space, kitchen had utensils and cooking equipment, they kindly supplied washing up liquid, handwashing, towels and bedding. They provide an excellent service, and I have travelled the length and breadth of Britain, this property has got it right. Well done. I would highly recommend.

Great break between lockdowns
Very easy to book and the owner was very accommodating. Property was ideal clean, not cluttered with two parking spaces out front. It is situated within a short riverside walk to Stratford UA. Arrangements for putting out the rubbish were a little confusing but this is a very minor issue that had no effect on our enjoyment of the break. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and nice quiet house
The house is off of a cul de sac so In a very quiet area, was easy to find, and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay in Stratford upon Avon. Nicely furnished, with 2 double bedrooms (though 2nd one pretty small). Shower good with plenty of hot water and slept really well due to nice bedding and peace and quiet. Location is fantastic, a 2 minute walk to the church where Shakespeare is buried, 5 minutes to the river and a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre. The parking is brilliant to find so close to a town, and we had a great couple of days exploring.

The property we stayed in exceeded our expectations. Clear instructions on how to get there. The house was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We did have a bit of a problem with getting the heating to work but after calling the help number given, "Spencer and Tony came to the rescue and sorted it out within 20 minutes of arriving. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Will recommend to any of my friends. Eileen and family. 😊

Old Town Stratford
We spent an enjoyable week in Stratford to visit friends and attend the theatre. The house is ideally located in a quiet part of Old Town within easy walk of the theatre and the main shopping areas. The property has the added bonus of a dedicated parking space which is invaluable in Stratford where on street parking is restricted. I would certainly book again.

A great retreat
We loved this cottage; clean, comfortable and in a marvellous location. It's hard to beat a quiet courtyard so near to all the facilities. Stratford has good restaurants, theatres and shops and the beautiful Cotswolds are a short drive away. Weather was poor but that did not spoil our holiday, not least because we had this cottage to return to and relax in. Hope to come again.

Lovely little house and garden. Great location.
We were very cosy and comfortable here for our long weekend. We loved the quiet seclusion of the garden, even though we were in fact surrounded by neighbours and the town itself! Lots to do and plenty of places to eat in Stratford. (We were happy to eat out, but noted that there were not many pots and pans in the house, and no saucepan lids, so self caterers be warned and go prepared!) A lovely place to stay.

Excellent location for Stratford and Cotswolds visit
We are two American tourists who spent one week in Stratford visiting the sights there and in the nearby Cotswolds. This two bedroom unit in what we Americans would call a townhouse was perfect for our needs. The unit's greatest positive is its location. It was as close as could be to all the sights without being in a noisy area, e.g., 2 minute walk from Trinity Church and Hall's Croft; 5 minute walk from the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. As for the Cotswolds, they were a very easy drive -- 30 to 45 minutes to several wonderful spots. In this regard, the unit has two reserved parking spaces. The location was especially good for exercise -- walking or running or biking -- as it is but 1 minute from the Avon River along which there are trails that stretch for miles, including the very fine Stratford Greenway. The owner was very good and responsive in communicating with us before our arrival. We had no need to contact him during our stay. The unit was extremely clean. It has a nice back yard though the weather was a little too chilly to make much use of it -- would have been a nice to place to eat meals, etc., in warmer weather. The kitchen was up-to-date and very functional. The WiFi was plenty quick. A few quibbles not significant enough to take away the fifth star: second bedroom is small (room for bed and nothing else); washer but no dryer; seating in living room only an uncomfortable futon. This would be our first choice for a return visit. Frank & Cheryl

Visiting Stratford.
The property was in a great location with ready access to all parts of the town and theatres. The information provided was good but some of the cooking utensils e.g. saucepans were not easily found when cooking. The main drawback for us was the lack of hot water in the shower. After ringing up it seemed to correct itself but this was a temporary matter. When I rang for advice again on the following day there was no contact from the maintenance team following my message so I don't know if anything has been done to sort the problem. Overall the stay was enjoyable and all the arrival information was provided at appropriate times making access very easy. Thank you. Greg.

Excellent place to stay
Great location for all your vacationing needs. Right near Shakespeares grave, 5 minute walk into downtown for all the shows and pubs, and about 20 minutes walk to Anne Hathaways Cottage. Clean and comfortable with excellent logisitics with the owners in getting the keys and settling in without having to make appointments for a meet. All in all, a great place to stay if you are visiting Stratford Upon Avon. Only thing that we can make a suggestion on is to maybe have a new coat of paint with some new fixtures upstairs to warm it up a bit.

Location, location, location perfect.
Park the car and walk to all the sights. Only needed to drive the Arden farm which was well worth t h e trip. Apartment has everything you need, very comfortable, lovely patio. Recommend it.

Just perfect for us!

Perfect Place to Stay in Stratford
My family of four had a wonderful time in this cozy cottage. We loved the walk to the RSC along the Avon, and felt like we were really coming home in the evenings. The owner was wonderful to work with - informative and prompt in responding to our questions. We couldn’t have asked for more!

A lovely house and Stratford Upon Avon is definitely worth a visit
The house was very clean and tidy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only negative point was the garden which, although beautiful, was a bit overgrown and weedy and we felt it needed a bit of TLC. However,we would recommend staying at the house to anyone.

Ideal property for exploring in and around Stratford upon Avon.
Lovely property, felt like home from home. Just a short stroll to the town centre, and ideal for touring around the area. Took a while to sort out the timings for the boiler as hot water timing was erratic to start with but got the hang of it eventually.

Lovely accommodation, very central to Stratford town centre, and river walks, very clean, with everything you need, really nice that our dogs were welcome to, and there is a nice outdoor area which will be great to sit and relax in the sun, we enjoyed our stay.
