Tips for future travellers...the beautiful and striking photo that is the main photo of the list is NOT the building you will be staying in. It is a nearby landmark...so for anyone out of town that visits this property, that first impression is one of "huh"? I'd say the VRBO is perfect for a solo traveller, however, the bed is on the small side for more than a solo traveller and is considerably raised off the ground, making it difficult to access, especially if you need to get up in the middle of the night without having lights. The listing could do a better job of showing the final cost instead of a bit misleading where one amount is shown on the listing, and then service fees and then a fairly steep cleaning fee are added (for only a 1 night stay when there was barely any garbage/dishes/towels used). This was high season for the Stratford Festival though. And the location is terrific.

Stratford Shakespeare Festival

The property was clean, cozy, well furnished and very nice. The kitchen had everything that we needed, including local coffee that was quite good. Modern and well situated in downtown Stratford, steps from dining, events and the Live Theater that we came to see. Getting around was easy and comfortable. The Property Manager, Brenden was easy to deal with and amazingly responsive, responding to our several questions and requests within minutes. Parking legally was a challenge, especially overnight, but we avoided any problems because of the time of year. Overall, it was a fantastic and hastle-free stay.

The one apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. They were kind enough to bring a kettle when requested. Fantastic location. The parking was at the public lot close by. Definitely would return for another stay in wonderful Stratford.

A great space in very close proximity to great restaurants, theater, and nature right in Stratford. The space was clean and as advertised. The hosts were very easy to contact and prompt with communication. It was an all around great place to stay.

An absolute oasis!

It was a beautiful apartment in the best location!The decor is charming, and the owners clearly care about this loft. It was spotless, and it had everything we needed and more! Absolutely charming, we felt at home right away. The location is brilliant, walking distance to everything! We’d stay again, 100%!
