  • Perched on the top floor of our restored downtown heritage property (1893), the Polonnaruwa Loft offers a subtle nod to our memories of visits to Sri Lanka with a bohemian design.

    Located in the middle of the city centre, the walk-up space is across the street from our favourite restaurants, a 2-minute walk to the Avon Theatre, & a 5 minute stroll to the banks of the Avon River

    In addition to the private loft, you will have access to free laundry located in the 3rd floor common area.
