"Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. "Great location near to the airport. Called then and was picked up in less than 10 minutes. Shuttle back also after my stay. 5 min walk to tram, easy access to city centre. Rooms are basic, but very clean. Proper spoons and mugs would make a difference rather than paper cups and stirrers! Staff very helpful and professional "
