Get the 4 bus from gare or hamilus to parc d europe- few min walk to hotel and can see the hotel when get off bus. Free cookie on arrival is a nice touch. Pool only open certain hours not all day. Clean room

Everything was good but there was a lot of people so take breakfast, swim and take the elevator was a real challenge!! I think they should receive less people for the comfort of the clients

Location is good. Not deaf friendly….no closed captions in English for deaf travelers to chill and relax for TV programs in English The meals for breakfast is fine. Dinner menu can improve for long term travelers eating. Alternate menu for each day like Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. Be more creative. Poor communication when Christmas Eve and Christmas dinners required reservation in advance or i go hungry!! Communication can improved by printing special announcement posted in an evelators or outside

Staff were very good, property a bit tired. Dining was very expensive and just average quality although dining and bar staff were very nice. Wouldn’t recommend eating here, very disappointing for the usual Double Tree standard we’ve experienced before.

I stayed with my family. Room was a bit tight but we stayed only one night so it was fine with us. Check-in was fast and easy, staff was very welcoming. We enjoyed complimentary cookies and one night free parking. 10 min drive to sightseeing. Overall great experience, we enjoyed it.

Hotel was clean , the hotel looks a little tired and could do with updating in certain areas the carpets in hallways and rooms looked well worn and not fresh. The rooms were fairly clean cobwebs in the bathroom and old food from previous guests in the fridge and the lounge chair was dirty and had large holes in the covers , Lots of chips on corners of furniture , windows was also stained on the inside of the double glazed unit obscuring the view. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. One thing that was annoying was no mention when booking there was no parking , only parking which was payable on arrival no mention of this . Overall not a bad place to stay but a little disappointed

Football visit, again!

Staff were friendly, pool was refreshing and breakfast was good. I was given wrong information about the bus prior to travel but checked it myself. I was charged for the room even though I had already paid through Hotels.com. I got it resolved eventually, it was disappointing to find that paying the hotel was £10 cheaper than what I had been charged!

Good hotel outside city center

A very nice hotel just a bit outside city centre on the top of a big hill, great view. It's easy too come there with public transport, which by the way is free in Luxembourg. Line 4 and 32 go to the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpfull, and are ready to help. There is a small pool and fitness center availible at the hotel for free The only thing I miss is more local enviroment, there is only a handfull of shops nearby because of the remote location
