"Das Ferienhaus entspricht exakt den Bildern in der Anzeige. Es ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermieter ist absolut unkompliziert und er ist sehr bemüht, damit man sich rundherum wohl fühlen kann. "We stayed at the hotel with our 4 year old and 2 year old. The hotel staff and especially the receptionist was amazing. We told her our daughter was turning 5 years old and she arranged a small birthday cake for breakfast. The room was massive! And very clean. The location is a little out of the way (around €50 taxi) but there is a bus service. Overall it was such a wonderful stay. The restaurant and play areas inside and outside was a great touch. "

"Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes for the Spa and asked us to go back to our apartment to get ours however we informed them that our robes in the apartment were on the floor of the bathroom so they were wet. (As reception asked us to do 2 days earlier when I booked the Spa) eyes rolled again. The lady in the lounge bar was excellent and made great cocktails with very friendly service. Despite the occasional service hiccups we’d defiantly come back. "

"We stayed at Resort Schrofenblick in the Penken Apartment (3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom) and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything in the apartment is top quality. From the moment you enter, you notice the attention to detail. Starting with the Nuki Smart Lock at the entrance, which was very convenient. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. Bora cooker, Bosch oven and dishwasher, and even very heavy, high-quality pans (likely cast iron), which really shows that nothing was chosen cheaply. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern, spacious, and very pleasant to use. Overall, the apartment felt premium, well thought out, and perfectly maintained. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely come back, and next time we plan to stay longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, quality, and a relaxing stay in Austria."
