If you arrive without a phone you’re stuck. arrived around 5pm and no one at reception. Note to call a number and then was given a code to enter the hotel. My key was left at reception. No evening dining option at the hotel. Not even a drink at the bar. Otherwise very clean, great breakfast and a comfortable bed. I very much recommend this hotel just do some research on places to eat.

Nettes,freundliches Hotrl. Sauber mit großzügigem Zimmwr. Das Bad ausreichend, separate Toilette . Die Dame sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück am Tisch angerichtet , ließ nichts vermissen, frisches Baguette und Croissants.

Hôtel à retenir

Chambre propre. Literie confortable. Seuls problèmes, pas assez de pression pour la douchette et rideau de douche devrait être remplacé par une paroie amovible. Prévoir des pinces pour les rideaux occultants, absence de volets roulants. Un petit réfrigérateur avec boissons et une bouilloire avec thé, café soluble auraient bien été appréciés.

Tired and overpriced

Located within easy reach of Haguenau (if you have a car as we did) and lovely surrounding villages-great food in the area. However the hotel is charmless and tired (for the price). We had expected much better-have had much nicer accommodation with great facilities, charm and service for less cost than this. Definitely loved the area and would really like to return but also would definitely look for other accommodation when doing so.
