"The location of the hotel was very convenient to the train station. Less than a five minute walk you were in the heart of a small restaurant and business district and only a few minutes from the major attractions in the city. The hotel had a nice breakfast however, the lady managing the food seemed more interested in checking people‘s room numbers than keeping up with the food. More than one person commented they were out of eggs and running low on plates and glasses and she did not react until a large group of students came in and everything ran out. Other than this, everything was great, the hotel staff was welcoming. The room was comfortable and the outside noise was more than bearable for the area would definitely stay here again. One thing is the automatic lights in the hallway are extremely bright if you were there at night. Maybe a half power would be nice for the night time. "

"This beautiful, clean and well located hotel is a wonderful opportunity for visiting Strasbourg. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Fantastic views! Close to shopping and restaurants. We ate at the hotel restaurant, and it was an amazing experience. Best meal of the trip! "

"We had a lovely 8 nights at the Diana Dauphine Hotel. A very warm welcome when we arrived and the breakfast team did a great job presenting and constantly keeping the extensive buffet well stocked. The rooms are spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the beautiful city of Strasbourg and all it has to offer. Plenty to see and do here, with the opportunity of trips put to other beautiful towns. We would definitely return."

"Great staff! Rooms were clean and fairly new. The spa was really relaxing. Uncovered free parking and paid covered parking. 5 minute walk to the tram station. "

"Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. Did not eat breakfast, it looked like a small option for the price. The staff was friendly and answered directional questions. We were not close to restaurants or city center but the tram was close. Not sure I would stay here again. "
