"The room was clean and had all the necessities. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots, pans, and an espresso machine. The bathroom was clean, and the tub was spacious. The bed was comfortable. However, the pull-out bed was uncomfortable and tilted to one side. Additionally, customer service was terrific. They even do your laundry. Overall, I loved my stay here. "

"Location is fantastic! This is right in Lucerne old town. Everything is walkable from here. Since it’s right in the city, night time walks with gelato is easy. Kitchen and dining area are upstairs, where the air gets warmer and you feel less comfortable. "This property was perfect for our family! We have 6 total and it had enough room for us. The views off the balcony are something none of us will ever forget! Lothar was very communicative and I never had to wait long for an answer to a question. The house truly is only accessible by train, so you just need to plan your days according to the train schedule, which runs on average every hour. "The Allstatd Magic was a real FIND! It is the ❤️of Lucerne under the city clock! The property was well kept, clean and the staff were extremely forehand very helpful! We were able to walk everywhere and felt safe at all times! Wherever we went, we were welcomed and English is not a problem as many at least know enough to respond. I highly recommend the Alstadt Magic for its fun atmosphere, but also because it caters to your every need! "
