"The vending machines on the 3rd floor did not work, the elevators had a gear oil smell like something was burning, those were my only complaints. The staff were super helpful, rooms were clean and the dining room for breakfast was clean and well stocked. "

"This hotel is only for those wanting to stay on Whyte Ave, stayed here two weekends in a row and both rooms were lacking (bedding, broken coffee maker, hole in the shower wall, etc). First room was very clean but second had what appeared to be blue toothpaste on the floor and vanity. It was cleaned up with a facecloth but not what you want to see in a “clean room”."

"The property was easy to access and the rooms were nice. Staff were excellent, check-in was accommodated early, which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom doors in room left little to the imagination and I was hoping for smoothies at breakfast as I saw them advertised through pictures, but was disappointed. Overall the stay was good! "
