"The price is very good for a convient clean hotel. I love the shuttle service. The staff was very friendly. The only negatives I have are the metal doors are very heavy and it being a hotel so close to a casino people are going in and out and the noise of the doors shutting is very loud. The other thing is the cooking of breakfast was not great. My eggs were suppose to be egg whites and they were not, and my daughter’s waffle was burned by the cook. The waffle was quickly replaced and we were not charged. The waitress was very accommodating and polite. I will definitely stay again."

"Best bed I’ve slept on in my life. Check in was a breeze. Located “in the middle” of the action. Old mystic village and the aquarium is a couple minutes to the right and the seaport museum and down town is a few minutes to the left. I will deff be staying here again!"

"It was an interesting stay. They were hexagon buildings. The room had a bit of an odor but the beds were comfortable. The shuttle to the casinos was an old limo which was cool. Breakfast was basic, waffles, cereal, bagels & English muffins. The coffee was very good. All in all not a bad stay."

"We were given a room on lower level which was old and smelly. We requested a new room which was better cleanwise. The next day we noticed that the original room was starting to be renovated.There was never any coffee in the coffe station and there was never any staff on the front desk. We were on our own. We have stayed in this hotel before and it was never this bad. We will not stay here again."

"Dirty sheets, loud bed frame, dripping faucet, and children are allowed to run around and scream all night into the early morning. Thin walls. Staff was nice! "
