"Starting with checking in, it wasn’t a smooth experience. Front desk was confused about or booking, finally got they sorted and 2 out if the 3 rooms that we booked the bathroom flooded. Absolutely disgusting although they got staff to come try and fix the issue but not resolve it. I asked for a refund on the 2 rooms as this is unacceptable, disgusting and probably not healthy for my family that stayed in those rooms. They said all they could do was give me 25% off on MY NEXT STAY!!!! Seriously you think I’d stay here again???? Never!! Front staff was no helpful at all and of course to push me along they told me to call the manager. Well you know nothing will be done, no one will call me to fix this and that hotel will do a quick fix and have this happen to another guest. Still haven’t heard from the manager I’m not surprised."
