"The lady at the reception check in was on the phone the entire time I was trying to check in, she maybe said three words to me. Not sure if they were understaffed or if this is the norm. Lobby was very inviting and we did notice a restaurant and lounge but as stated above, were told nothing about either. Room was spacious but definitely dated. Hot water was lacking and we were reduced to taking what I would describe as cool/warm temperature. "

"I’m an older woman, and my daughter was helping me move this past week. We were exhausted with sore backs, and just needed a break from the chaos of moving. We found this little place online and it was incredibly cozy, comfortable, and perfect. We absolutely loved it and did not want to leave. Customer service was excellent, check in was a breeze, and did I mention we did not want to leave? We hope to stay with them again. Highly recommend!"

"The room was great. But not being informed ahead of time that this was a timeshare property was insulting. Then at check in the concierge tries to make you feel obligated to attend a timeshare meeting on one of the mornings of our stay was even more insulting. I hate being pressured about anything when I am supposed to be relaxing on a vacation.If I had known this was a time share scam I would not have booked the room.And to top it off they hold $40 to make sure you go to the meeting."
