"The kitchen had very little and the desk staff would not help. Housekeeping did not change my sheets for over a week and never replaced soaps. The dryer in the laundry room stained a sweater and the desk staff did not care or do anything about it. One of the desk staff charged me for water right after giving it free to other guests. I was there for 15 nights and it was a challenge."

Only downside about hotel (minor, but important -- at least first time) is enterance to lot is in the middle of a turn -- like an off ramp. Very easy to miss and and not a place to pull over and figure out near enterance. Better sign would help. Not as much an issue once you know. Clean, friendly, everything very nice in hotel. "
