"This was the best stay I’ve ever had. The room was spacious with a sectional couch, we had a standard king room. The pool, hot tub and sauna were all wonderful. The property sits on a lake which was very nice. The next morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise with eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy and even a make your own pancake station. Check in was a breeze with the staff being very kind. I would go back to this hotel just for a relaxing night away from home."

"Loved our stay here! This sweet cottage’s backdoor is just few short steps to the lake’s edge and beautiful long pier with a sweet bench. This is a beautiful lake! The many cottage windows keeps the view a sweet one. The back enclosed porch is so comfortable with the most beautiful view. Even from the main bedroom, you can see the lake, from bed! The area provides so many waterfront places / restaurants to check out with awesome food. Highly recommend this clean, well thought out, comfortable rental with an attentive owner."

"The owners went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. The rooms were renovated and clean. Our lake view room was wonderful. The owners shared with us their favorite fishing spots. He even allowed our family to use some of their canoes and kayaks. This allowed us to have some amazing fishing catches. We will stay here again."

"John was there to greet us at check in and show us around the beautiful property. We had also rented the pontoon boat, and John was able to give my son-in-law instructions and safety tips for our boat rides. We travelled with 6 adults and 4 children. There was an assortment of water activity equipment available right on the property. The cabin is decorated with a classic "lake life" atmosphere. Wonderful!! The cabin was well stocked in the kitchen with anything you could possibly need! We really liked the vibe, listening to music on the deck and near the water. There is a great spot at the front of the cabin for a fire and smores. The host John was very easy to talk to and always willing to give recommendations on things to do in Hayward. We had a great time!!!"

"This was our second stay at this cabin and we plan to go back next year. That says a lot. We go to Hayward every year and fish Lac Courte Oreilles. This cabin is less than 10 minutes to the public boat launch and is close to the Grindstone launch as well. This cabin is also the best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed at. What a great little cabin."
