"Nice place. No complaints. We spent lots of time away from the property however and couldn’t appreciate all the amenities. Being Birkie skiers, we drove north to Hayward and Cable daily, an hour to Cable. A few notes: Apple map directions sent us past our turn so use host’s written directions. Also bring your own wax paper, tupperware, etc as the kitchen is stocked a bit sparsely. Also , ping pong balls were not up to the standards of our guests. Bring your own."

"We used this cabin as a halfway meeting spot to spend Easter Weekend with extended family and we are so glad we picked this cabin. I was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids really enjoyed having the ping pong table and the many board games to keep us busy since there was still snow on the ground. "This cabin was a perfect fit for our family of 14, ranging in age from 1 to 60. There was plenty of room for all of us, the yard was HUGE, and the hosts were so responsive and friendly. Sand Lake was fun for fishing and the sandbar at the dock made for a great place for all our young ones to play in the water safely. They had everything we needed for a great vacation."

"I came to the area to visit with my grandpa for a quick weekend trip. The house was perfect. Clean, organized, had everything mapped out that you might ever need during your stay. Location was fantastic and the view of the lake right outside of the living room window was perfect. I actually wish we were staying longer. "My mom and I had a wonderful time our 10 days there. Smooth check-in, exceptionally clean and all the amenities at our fingertips. We loved that it was secluded—not another person in sight. We looooved the wood burning fireplace the most and enjoyed many fires. There were so many extra things that we didn’t take advantage of, but love if we come back in warmer weather—kayak, canoe, outdoor firepit with comfy Adirondack chairs, and even the Bags yard game. Any questions we had were answered...
