"We loved this property! After having another property owner from another site refuse to honor the rental (he double-booked), we found this place at the last minute. The owner and his wife were so gracious and welcoming — and able to get the place ready for us in short order. The apartment is very charming and a lot more spacious than it looks online. "The breakfast was amazing. The elevators are insanely small for a hotel and trying to get to rooms with luggage. The fact that hotel doesn’t sell any water or soda at the little mart because it is not allowed to because of being in competition with the restaurant is ridiculous and bad for the guests. The service was horrible. The staff ignore every guest. And are just rude. For staff and hospitality I give it one star. The beauty of the location is 5 star. But without good staff it is no where near a 5 star hotel. That is make or break."
