This home was as described, spacious, beautiful, great yard and views!!! Plenty of towels, even for hot tub time. Emma was communicative and very helpful. The home had everything we needed. Be aware, however, the opening to the stairs is wide, glad we brought 2 baby gates to tie together to keep our toddlers safe. The train noise didn’t bother any of us, not even the toddlers at nap time. Great place to stay!!
The house is great, and the owners are great hosts. But we did find quite a few dirty dishes put away in the drawers. Probably from previous guests. The well pressure surged up and down during use while we were there and may have also contaminated the drinking water. I got very sick on Sunday night and took until I stopped drinking the tap water on before I started to get better. A brief search online confirmed that a leaking pressure tank can cause pressures to surge and contaminate the drinking water. This really should be addressed. I did contact the owners about this, and they stated that they will have their plumber look into this.
