University Plaza Waterfront Hotel
No one at the counter to check me in for 8 minutes? 25 minutes to get a room service beer that they automatically tack on 18% to? Overcooked shrimp skewers. ROUGH surrounding area. The lipstick lip print on the room’s wall was concerning.

Studio 6 Suites – Stockton, CA – Waterfront
The rooms are not suites at all, beds hard and uncomfortable. Kitchen rooms have a refrigerator microwave and a sink - I would not call that a kitchen! Name indicates waterfront and there is no water.
