"Breakfast was average. Can be better for vegetarians. Food can have more flavour. Have rooms without bathtubs, it is very small and risky. In staff Karolina at reception was very helpful"

"The room was freezing and the radiator couldn’t warm it up. The air conditioning only works from April to October so it was a bit of a letdown. I think this hotel might be confused about its location, perhaps thinking it’s in Manchester rather than the Costa del Sol. The check-in staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. It felt like an inconvenience to them that I was arriving late. The breakfast options were limited and mostly consisted of full English breakfasts. The coffee tasted watery and there were no fresh juices. Overall, the hotel is dated and needs a refresh. For example, the bed was bouncy and you could feel the springs."

"Great place and great value, clean, condo, everything you need really. Modern and enjoyable overnight stay. I was just che king out as breakfast was ending and they let me pay and select from whatever was left but it did the job. Thanks! "

"Hotel is in the heart of Manchester city centre, a stones throw away from Manchester Piccadilly train station (with a direct link to Manchester Airport). Room itself is fine, but as usual with Malmaison hotels, it is rather dark."

"Stunning hotel and spa but I feel the rooms do let it down and don’t match at all. Breakfast was incredible but expensive. Sadly only got offered 50% off an upgrade when the hotel was empty. Glass table in room was very scratched and decor just boring if I’m honest. Bathroom - shower door didn’t go to the floor so made bathroom floor very wet and dangerous. Shower was okay and toiletries felt watered down. Staff were as helpful as they could have been. Allowed to drop bags off outside hotel but nearest NCP is £33 for 24 hours. Was very lucky to find a space on the road next to hotel but only 5 spaces. Card for the room stopped working twice also."
