"The parking garage needs a little more lighting at night. The ice machine on the 10th floor did not seem to be working so I ventured to the 8th floor for ice. Would be nice to have hook on the back of the bathroom door. liked that there was bottled water in my room."

"I stated the quality in numerous times in Arlington, New York. This is my second time at the quality Inn in Hyde Park and I prefer the Hyde Park one much more than the one in Arlington in Arlington. The staff is nasty, rude and dirty."

"Beautiful well-appointed room with big windows that made you feel like you were surrounded by nature. The room was spotless as was the bathroom. The balcony offered a view towards the small waterfall with comfortable seating for two. The staff in the reception area were warm and welcoming. The free coffee, espresso drinks, tea and snacks were an added bonus. You are steps away from Tinker Street with multiple dining options in walking distance. I highly recommend Silvia, Good Night and Garden Eats(vegan). I would have loved a way to make tea or coffee without leaving my room, but the coffee in the lobby was superb."
