"I was in the Chico/Paradise area on business, and this location was perfect, for it was not right in the heart of Chico, and yet very easy access to Paradise. The property is in a very quiet, safe area. Bed was very comfortable, shower was very nice and hot. The property manager was very excellent at communicating, and making sure I had everything I needed. I spoke with her regarding the Keurig coffee maker because I did have trouble making coffee.
