Comfortable villa located in a quiet area of Stintino, close to the famous and spectacular La Pelosa beach.
The villa consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with direct access to the garden and covered verandas, a living room and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a third bedroom with access to a private terrace and a second bathroom. The living room is bright and spacious, with access to the main veranda and garden. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and leads to another covered veranda - ideal for breakfasts in the fresh air. Outside there is a garden with a large dining table, barbecue, comfortable beach loungers and the biggest advantage of this place - a private swimming pool. Guests have a private parking space at their disposal and additional public spaces.

For the convenience of our guests, we also offer the possibility of renting a Toyota Verso car (automatic, up to 9 people), for an additional fee in a personalized package when renting a villa. The car can be available for collection at the airport in Olbia or Alghero, which will allow you to comfortably reach the villa and move freely around Sardinia.

We also have another villa of the same size nearby, upon request we can check the possibility of accommodating up to 20 guests divided between both villas.

Stintino is a unique place, known for its fabulous landscapes and diverse beaches. The famous La Pelosa is the showcase of the region, and the island of Asinara and the wild western part of the peninsula offer unforgettable views.
