VILLA BREZZA D'ORIENTE: Stunning villa with a pool

ELEGANT VILLA with a private pool at the Country Village in Stintino. Built entirely on one level, it consists of a spacious living area furnished with elegant sofas and a kitchenette, a dining area, two double bedrooms, a third bedroom with two single beds, and two bathrooms. The property also features a spacious veranda furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, as well as a large, well-maintained garden with a pool where guests can cool off while enjoying pleasant moments of relaxation, captivated by a marvellous view of the sea in the Gulf of Asinara.
It is certainly the ideal holiday home for a group of friends or even for two families with children, allowing them to play safely in the garden while still being close to the wonderful beaches of Stintino—notably La Pelosa and Le Saline. Amenities include a TV and a barbecue.
The villa is located within the Country Village, an exclusive residential complex on the outskirts of Stintino, situated on a picturesque promontory overlooking the sea (Punta Su Torrione) at the northernmost point of the Gulf of Asinara, offering a splendid view of the gulf.
The complex features a large shopping centre with a supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, a grill, snack bars, an ice cream shop, shops selling local specialities, a gym, a beauty salon and massage services, swimming pools for adults and children, and agencies offering excursions and scuba diving; There is also a bus stop serving the bus route to the picturesque village of Stintino as well as to the beaches: the world-famous Pelosa beach above all, but also the Saline and the coves of Punta Negra, to name a few.
