The main areas are renovated nicely and are clean. The rooms are dated and dingy. The beach umbrellas are expensive, and for 70 euros the selection shouldn’t be limited to the trashy section near the boat dock. Food was great, and the cost of dinner was reasonable. It would be more convenient to allow the bar in the hotel to bill directly to the room so that guests don’t have to carry their wallet. The staff are all lovely.

Struttura che necessita di una importante ristrutturazione soprattutto nelle camere che a malapena valgono un tre stelle. È da scegliere esclusivamente per la posizione strategica per la spiaggia la pelosa. L'animazione è sembrata molto professionale

LA PULIZIA E L’IGENE FORSE SONO UN OPZIONAL.

Struttura imponente che affaccia su un lembo di mare bellissimo per non dire unico. La reception ed il piano terra hanno un arredamento moderno infatti una volta visto l’esterno fatiscente e poi entrati viene spontaneo un sospiro di sollievo. Purtroppo il momento di euforia dura giusto il tempo dell’arrivo in camera. All’apertura della porta si viene assaliti da un odore sgradevole di chiuso misto umido che avvolge la stanza che si presenta con un arredamento vecchio ed estremamente usurato. Dall’impianto di condizionamento spuntano sporcizia e ragnatele. Il bagno è al limite della decenza con sanitari vecchi, rotti e sporchi (wc trovato con perdita dallo scarico posteriore debitamente tamponata dallo staff con asciugamani e coperchio e seduta rotti / vasca alonata e sporca) e con ceramiche scrostate e dipinte con il pennarello. Il Frigobar sporco da residui di precenti Clienti. La cassaforte non era funzionante e l’avvolgibile per l’accesso al terrazzo era bloccato (ci è stato riparato ma una volta riutilizzato si è rotto nuovamente) ed alle 6:00 del mattino avevamo la luce in camera. La biancheria dei letti è talmente usurata che è al limite della rottura e nei 6 giorni di permanenza è stata cambiata una sola volta. La colazione a buffet offre prodotti scadenti e con un livello igenico da denuncia ai Nas (tazze in plastica sporche e con residui dei precedenti utilizzi, tovagliette sporche). Onestamente non è una struttura che merita 4 stelle.

Vu magnifique emplacement un peu loin si pas de voiture et chambre un peu vieillotte mériterais un rajeunisemment malgrés cela le confort et les prestation son la repas pris le soir et petit dej tres correcte

La struttura è datata ma fornita di tutti i comfort. Ottima per la posizione perché è situata fronte mare, 2 min a piedi dalla spiaggia La pelosa! Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. L'unico disagio riscontrato è nn poter fare ckin la mattina, essendo arrivati alle 7 in aeroporto. Sarebbe utile mettere a disposizione uno spogliatoio per i clienti che arrivano presto dai voli per dare modo di cambiarsi e tornare a fare ckin successivamente nel pomeriggio.

Petit déjeuner complet. Période Covid, donc on est forcément servi, y compris pour le café, donc file à prévoir en fonction des horaires (surtout pour le café). Repas possible le soir pour 20 euros (buffet). Plage (bleu azur) en face, il suffit de traverser la rue ! Vue sur la mer depuis la chambre. Dans les points "négatifs" : on voit que l'hôtel n'est pas récent, en particulier les chambres. Mais compensé par le prix bas, la vue, et l'emplacement.

L'Animazione è semplicemente eccezionale; grazie a tutti i ragazzi dello Staff che meritano di essere citati: Lele, Guerino, Silvia, Alessia, Maria, Janka, Tiro, Eddy, Giovanni, Martina, Maria, Lucrezia, Dalila, e....mi scuso davvero se dimentico qualcuno...; ci hanno fatto trascorrere una bellissima settimana allietando i vari momenti della giornata. Ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia privata dell'Hotel; alla spiaggia La Pelosa si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi con una breve passeggiata. Ristorante e aree comuni: ok. Camere e aspetto esteriore: un po' datati. Si consiglia la pensione completa formula club che consente di usufruire del servizio spiaggia. Speriamo davvero di ritornare.

devo convenire con la maggioranza delle recensioni lette prima di prenotare: Cortesia e professionalità di tutto il personale eccellenti.. Ma la struttura ha bisogno di una qualche ristrutturazione , particolarmente i servizi igienici delle camere che sono datati e non in linea con gli standards di oggi . Inoltre l'intrattenimento nel Teatro potrebbe essere migliorato come livello qualitativo inserendo qualche spettacolo di artisti esterni anche con modico pagamento per gli spettatori

Arnaque pour les non connaisseurs !!!

Bonjour, N’étant pas la première fois que vous séjournons dans cet hôtel, on connaît ce qu’est une chambre quadruple. A l’arrivé, on a eu les clés et à notre grande surprise, la chambre était une double, toit petite, et ils ont osé mettre 2 lits superposés sans aucune barrière de sécurité … En parlant avec la responsable au niveau de la réception, elle a confirmé que c’est bien une chambre quadruple, en lui disant qu’on était là l’année dernière et qu’une chambre quadruple nous a été attribué avec 30m2 … le discours a changé, le directeur nous a confirmé que c’était bien une chambre double et qu’aucune chambre quadruple n’était disponible avant demain … Je n’ai pas apprécié là mal honnêteté des agents de cet hôtel, comment peut on arnaquer les gens comme ça. Heureusement qu’on a déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel … J’espère que cet avis sera utile a d’autres personnes. Cordialement

Posto comodo e vicinissimo alla spiaggia la pelosa. Siamo stati solo per una notte e siamo stati bene. Buona la pulizia della camera. Struttura un po’ vecchia.

The barman was very nice and suggested different places to visit. The first room that we have was very dark and not nice at all so we were upgraded for a beautiful room on the second floor with sea view. The unpleasant was that we had an invasion of ants all the time.

Après avoir lu de bons avis, j’ai décidé de réserver pour une nuit au sein de cet hôtel. Bien qu’il n’y ait rien a redire sur le personnel et l’ambiance l’hôtel. Je trouve cela dommage qu’un hôtel à ce prix la ait des chambres aussi vieillottes et peu équipé. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer, et la vue sur mer s’est avérée être une toute petite vue depuis la terasse. des traces sur les oreillers et la douche a revoir complètement

La struttura è in posizione comoda per la spiaggia della Pelosa che insieme alla cortesia del personale sono i due unici aspetti positivi che ho potuto registrare durante il mio soggiorno di tre giorni. Invece la spiaggia dell'hotel non ha niente a che vedere con la Sardegna, INDECENTE e vetusta la stanza 35x che ci è stata assegnata soprattutto se paragonata all'importo pagato. Sono bilocali indipendenti in collina staccati dal corpo centrale, andrebbero ristrutturati prima di far alloggiare le persone, non funzionava lo scarico del water. Avevo letto altre recensioni simili ma ahimé ho voluto rischiare, avete perso un altro cliente e non consiglio questa struttura.

vicino alla Pelosa (per il resto poco di positivo)

Avevo contattato la struttura prima dell' arrivo per chiedere informazioni sul loro servizio navetta e chiedere se era possibile avere una stanza hai piani alti con una vista un pò carina, la struttura non ci ha risposto, ci siamo aggiustati per andare alla struttura utilizzando il bus, già ci aspettavano che la vista non fosse eccezionale ma quando siamo entrati in stanza e tirato la tenda abbiamo avuto la conferma che era peggio: praticamente la stanza dava sulla zona dell' albergo dove c'erano dei tavoli per la ristorazione, quindi senza le tende tirate era impossibile avere un minimo di privacy. Quando sono andato a chiedere alla reception se si poteva avere qualcosa di diverso mi hanno risposto di no, al fatto che avevo chiesto se era possibile avere una stanza a un piano più alto mi hanno detto che lo chiedono tutti e hanno aggiunto qualcosa come "non possiamo rispondere a tutti". La struttura avrebbe bisogno di uno svecchiamento: tolto le zone comuni (bar e ristorante) il resto fa notare i segni del tempo. A parte questo la cosa molto positiva è che si trova molto vicina alla spiaggia della Pelosa, alla reception nessuno ci ha avvisato che per andare in spiaggia era obbligatorio avere una stuoia da mettere sotto l' asciugamano e che si doveva prenotare l' accesso (noi lo sapevamo ma altri in spiaggia ne erano completamente all' oscuro, depliant informativo non sarebbe stata una cattiva idea. chiedete di non stare in una stanza al pian terreno (1-9), guardate la foto...
