"I booked this hotel because it is a VIP property. However, there is no desk or staff to talk to. Therefore, there is no way to request an early check-in (other than paying for it upon online check-in), no way to request a room upgrade, or no way to request a late checkout. As a Gold member, these are basic services I should be able to request. This property should not be a VIP and I will not be returning there."

"We had a wonderful stay! There was a total of 7 people in our group ranging from 70 to 8 years old. The house accommodated everyone very nicely and had anything you could think of from kitchen utensils to activities for outside. Communication was great and we had a very easy checkin and checkout. The outside space was beautiful. There was plenty of seating for eating, laying out or relaxing! The pool was perfect and looked over the beach and ocean. We also went down to Sting Ray Island and swam with the stingrays which was a really cool experience. There are so many things close by and within driving distance. Overall we would highly recommend this home and are already planning to come back next year! "

"This place was great. Very clean and modern. The location is quiet but has a couple of nice restaurants and a breakfast place on site, with really good food. There is a mini market as well which is convenient and 24/7. We stayed at Phase 2 which is on the back side, it was nice and quiet. The pool is small but super fun and clean. There is a hot tub too. There is no bar service at this pool but I beleive "

"The water from sink in bathroom has a bad smell. Toilet bowl has also some type of bad smell. But room is clean and organized. Breakfast foods great staffs are friendly. Wish the beach is not rocky "
