"The room had nice upper end perks like high end toiletries but lacked in other ways, namely: the wooden floor did not look clean, the sloped ceiling leaked when it rained, the soap dispenser didn’t fully function and the aircon made a loud and disruptive pumping noise every few minutes when in use. I also did not enjoy the iPad-only, people-free check in, which led to feelings of a cold welcome to Maastricht. "
